Preparation:

1. Gather information and read books about exercise. Summarize the theories and methods about doing exercise. Analyze the muscles that are using when doing specific exercises. Learn the principle of how body works, how to increase muscle and how to lose weight. Learn about the significance of eating and energy supplement. Study the most efficient and beneficial diet when people want to increase muscle/lose weight.

2. Create social media account. I will use Bilibili as medium to post video. I will first go to the official website of Bilibili. Then, I will create my own account. I will post articles and video in this account.

Main part:

1. First, I will make my first post about the background knowledge about workout. I will teach people the most basic principles about workout.

2. Then I will post blog every 2 week about the method and strategy on muscle increasing and weight losing.

3. I will post a video every 2 months, demonstrating the method and strategy. I will summarize the exercise that I post in these two months.
