港珠澳大桥简介

The Hong Kong Zhuhai Macao Bridge is a bridge and tunnel project connecting Hong Kong, Zhuhai, Guangdong and Macao,

位于中国广东省珠江口伶仃洋海域内，为珠江三角洲地区环线高速公路南环段。

Located in Lingdingyang sea area of Pearl River Estuary in Guangdong Province, China, it is the south ring section of Ring Expressway in Pearl River Delta area.

港珠澳大桥于2009年12月15日动工建设；

The construction of the Hong Kong Zhuhai Macao Bridge started on December 15, 2009;

于2017年7月7日实现主体工程全线贯通；

The main works was completed on July 7, 2017;

于2018年2月6日完成主体工程验收； 同年10月24日上午9时开通运营。

The acceptance of the main project was completed on February 6, 2018, and it was put into operation at 9:00 a.m. on October 24 of the same year.

港珠澳大桥东起香港国际机场附近的香港口岸人工岛，向西横跨南海伶仃洋水域接珠海和澳门人工岛，止于珠海洪湾立交；

The Hong Kong Zhuhai Macao Bridge starts from the artificial island of Hong Kong port near the Hong Kong International Airport in the East, crosses the Lingdingyang waters of the South China Sea to the west, connects Zhuhai and Macao artificial islands, and ends at Hongwan interchange in Zhuhai;

桥隧全长55千米，其中主桥29.6千米、香港口岸至珠澳口岸41.6千米；

The total length of the bridge and tunnel is 55 km, including 29.6 km of the main bridge and 41.6 km from Hong Kong port to Zhuhai Macao port;

桥面为双向六车道高速公路，设计速度100千米/小时；

The bridge deck is a two-way six lane Expressway with a design speed of 100 km / h;

工程项目总投资额1269亿元。

The total project investment is 126.9 billion yuan.
